Hi, I’m Jennifer. The decision about whether to stay or leave a marriage is rarely quick or easy. It’s one of the most difficult, stressful, and consequential decisions people make.

As a Certified Divorce Coach trained in dispute resolution, I provide structure and guidance that support informed decision-making, so people can move toward the future they want.

My one-on-one coaching and group sessions focus on helping clients:

  • overcome decision paralysis

  • communicate in ways that reduce conflict rather than intensify it

  • understand their legal options

  • prepare for a divorce process that preserves their well-being and finances

  • skillfully navigate the family reconfiguration process

As a result, my clients don’t just get through divorce—they grow through it. They gain greater clarity and confidence, which serves to de-escalate tensions, reduce legal costs, minimize protracted legal battles, and protect children from the stress of marital discord. Armed with new skills and perspectives, my clients are prepared to build and model more gratifying relationships moving forward.
